Meet Dr. Georgina Pondayi

TALA Associates was founded on a simple belief; organisations thrive when they operate with the right systems, the right knowledge and the right standards.

With over 30 years of experience in quality management, food safety, risk, compliance and organisational development, I established TALA to help businesses build credibility, improve performance and unlock new opportunities.

From SMMEs to established enterprises across multiple industries, our work is grounded in practical expertise, international standards and deep commitment to the growth of African organisations.
